We provide a 60-day return and refund service for all products sold on our website. Customers can initiate a return and refund application within 60 days from the date of receiving the products. To qualify for a valid refund, the returned items must be kept in original, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and tags complete. Products that are artificially damaged, worn, or missing original accessories will not be eligible for refund service.

2. Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect your returned items and confirm that the products meet the refund conditions, our official team will complete the refund processing within 5 to 10 working days. The refund will be returned through your original payment channel.
